From Montserrat’s Emerald Shores to Georgia’s Golden Coast
Emerald Isle Beverage Company grew from a lifelong love of real, homemade lemonade, a love rooted on the lush island of Montserrat, the “Emerald Isle of the Caribbean.”
As a child, Colette Lee-Lewis picked fresh lemons, squeezed them by hand, and mixed simple, honest lemonade for family and friends. Those early moments of joy and connection stayed with her, even as she later built a career in medicine and made Georgia her home.
Over time, she noticed that store-bought drinks had drifted from nature, more additives, less authenticity. So, she returned to her roots and began crafting lemonade the way she remembered it: bright, clean, and made with intention. That vision became Emerald Isle Organic Lemonade, inspired by Caribbean freshness and refined with Georgia care.
